The day I met Aleksi, we were surrounded by big paintings, installations and other contemporary art pieces. The only thing I wanted to do was to browse the leather notebook he had in his hands. He wasn't aware of the fact that I knew who he was and that his work was quite familiar to my eye. I finally had the notebook in my hands & I loved what I saw. Not only beautiful drawings but the collages & photographs were wowsers.
